Change your signature

Specify a signature to append to all outgoing email messages. The default setting is "Sent with 
BlackBerry Work
."
  1. Tap The Launcher icon.
  2. Tap The Settings icon.
  3. Tap 
    Mail
    .
  4. Tap 
    Signature
    .
  5. Enter the signature that you want to use.
  6. Tap 
    Back
    . > 
    Settings
     > 
    Done
    .
