1. Click Users
Click Users in the navigation bar.
2. Click Distribution Lists
3. Click New
4. Click Static
Choosing static will mean the list of users is added manually by you. Choosing dynamic means users will be added by a user filter based on your conditions.

5. Fill out basic information
Fill in the name, common name, and description of the distribution list.
6. Click Modify
Clicking modify will take you to a list of individual users.
7. Choose who will be included in the distribution list
You can go through the list of users and select the checkbox next to their name to add users to your distribution list.
8. Click Add Selected
You will now be adding the users who you checked the box next to their name.
Tip: The Targeting Summary shows how many users can be reached with your current settings.
9. Click Save
10. That's it!
You have successfully created an AtHoc static distribution list!
