- A new "Launch mail app on browser start" app policy has been added that enables theBlackBerry Work for macOSwebmail app to be the initial window opened whenBlackBerry Access for macOSopens.
- Notifications can now be turned on or off from the app settings page.
- TheBlackBerry Dynamics Launcherhas been removed and replaced with mail, contact, and calendar icons in the browser toolbar.
- You can now editMicrosoft Exceland annotate PDF file attachments.
- The mail app has been redesigned with the following features:
- Mail, calendar, and contacts open in different windows
- A new window opens when composing a new email message
- Users can double-click to open an email message in its own window
- Email folders can be synchronized and moved from any folder to any other folder
- Contacts are now shown with a list of associated email messages, their organization chart, and list of any files received from that contact
- Email classifications can now be set for email messages
- A downloads icon has been added to the browser toolbar
