BlackBerry Access for Android
 version 2.12.0.1439

This release of 
BlackBerry Access for Android
 features the following enhancements:
  • Files can now be uploaded from the downloads folder in 
    BlackBerry Access
     or from other 
    BlackBerry Dynamics
     apps. Administrators can control this behavior using the 
    Allow file uploads from Dynamics Containers
     app configuration setting. Other enhancements to the upload files feature include more allowable extensions and automatic upload resume after interruption.
  • BlackBerry Dynamics Connectivity profile change: The Route All option has been replaced with a Default Route option in the BlackBerry Dynamics Connectivity profile allowing for more detailed control over how 
    BlackBerry Dynamics
     apps built using the latest 
    BlackBerry Dynamics
     SDK can connect to app servers. This allows you to configure rules to avoid double tunneling the UEM App Store and UEM hosted application push.  
  • Short names are now resolved to FQDN for Kerberos authentication going over proxy.
  • A new "Prompt individually for each domain before passing the link to be opened in Native/External browser" app configuration setting has been added. When this policy is enabled, when the user selects “Always open links from “ <domain>” in External Browser“ the user will not be prompted again for any other hosts the user accesses within the same domain. By default, this policy is disabled and users are always prompted to open the URL in External Browser.
  • 64-bit architecture is supported.
  • You can now create URLs or QR codes that direct users to a new or updated app in the 
    BlackBerry UEM App Catalog
    .
