Troubleshoot connectivity issues
Your administrator may require you to perform some connectivity tests if you are having issues connecting to a website.
- InBlackBerry Access, tap
to open the
BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher. - Tap
.
- In theAdvancedsection, clickNet Tools.
- Enter the URL or IP address that your administrator wants you to test.
- Select eitherPing,NSLookup, orPAC Resolveras instructed by your administrator.
- Communicate the results to your administrator.
