Troubleshoot connectivity issues

Your administrator may require you to perform some connectivity tests if you are having issues connecting to a website. 
  1. In 
    BlackBerry Access
    , tap The Launcher icon to open the 
    BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher
    .
  2. Tap The Settings icon.
  3. In the 
    Advanced
     section, click 
    Net Tools
    .
  4. Enter the URL or IP address that your administrator wants you to test.
  5. Select either 
    Ping
    NSLookup
    , or 
    PAC Resolver
     as instructed by your administrator.
  6. Communicate the results to your administrator.
