iOS

When you open a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that was attached to an email, you cannot use a drop-down list filter to edit the spreadsheet. (JI 2683517)
You cannot select multiple files in BlackBerry Edit and send them as attachments. (JI 2679400)
After a user saves a file as a PDF, hyperlinks in the PDF do not work. (JI 2640316)

Android

* When a user who is using a device that is running Android 10 (Q), tries to open a file that came in from BlackBerry Work, the following error might display: "Edit does not fully support the version of Android on this device". (JI 2750541)
* When the “Do not allow Android dictation” option in the BlackBerry Dynamics profile in BlackBerry UEM is selected to prevent dictation from keyboards, there are certain keyboards that allow dictation through other channels. (JI 2572324, JI 2742279)
 
Workaround
: To help prevent dictation, select the “Enable Android keyboard restricted mode” option in the BlackBerry Dynamics profile. This applies only to keyboards that support turning of personalized learning.
If you open a file, tap the BlackBerry Launcher, select Contacts, tap the BlackBerry Launcher and tap BlackBerry Edit, the file that you were viewing does not display. (JI 2720815)
