What's new in BlackBerry Edit

Users can click to enable full-screen reading mode which allows users to display more content on the screen and improves the readability of the document.

Users can redact sensitive, confidential, or privileged information including text, images, and links from PDF documents. 

BlackBerry Edit is integrated with BlackBerry Persona to reauthenticate users continuously while they are using the app and does not prompt them to reauthenticate.

A new setting is available that allows users to apply dark mode to document content. The setting is set to off by default.

When a user opens a document, partially reads it, and closes it, when they open the document again, they are returned to the page where they left off. For example, if a user closes a document on page 3, when they return to the document, they are taken to page 3.
