 Fixed issues

     is prompting for an unlock key when upgrading to version 2.15. (FIRST-16248)

 Known issues

  • After upgrading to 
    BlackBerry Tasks for iOS
     version 2.15.1.309, 
    BlackBerry Tasks for iOS
     stops responding for some users when an unlock key is used to unlock the app container. If the affected users remote lock their apps in the future, they might see the app stop responding repetitively. Users will be remote locked in the following scenarios:
    • IT administrator remote locks 
      BlackBerry Tasks for iOS
       using 
      BlackBerry UEM
       or the 
      Good Control
       console.
    • Users tap the “Forgot password” option on the password screen.
    • Workaround
      : Reinstall and activate the latest version of 
      BlackBerry Tasks for iOS
      .
