Create an email
You
can specifty the font and color of your message text in the Use Custom Fonts screen in
the app settings in the
BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher
.- In your inbox or any folder, tap
.
- In theTofield, enter your intended recipients separated by a comma.As you type,BlackBerry Worksuggests recipients from your saved contacts and your organization's global address list. If the recipient is not a member of your contacts or in an external organization, you can double tap their email address to add them to your contacts. Note that your Outlook personal distribution lists can also be supported. When you compose a new email, you can remove one or more of the suggested recipients by tapping the
next to them.
- Optionally, tap in theCc/Bcc, Fromfield to expand it and tapCcorBcc, to copy additional recipients.
- Tap in theSubjectfield to enter a subject.
- Tap
to attach a file or add a link to the message.
- If your administrator has enabled the Restrictions option (the Permissions option in Outlook), choose any desired restriction.
- If your administrator has enabled the Exchange Classification and/or Caveat options, choose a setting for either or both displayed on the compose screen. Default settings will be displayed. Typically, these defaults will be "None." Classification settings may include choices such as "Internal" or "Classified," depending upon what classifications your administrator has defined. Caveat settings may include choices such as "Do not reply" or "Do not forward." You can change the defaults in Settings/Email, although if your administrator has already set defaults, they will take precedence.
- Tap in the body of the email form and compose or edit your message:
- To select a word or all the text, press and hold the word then tapSelectorSelect All. You can expand or narrow your selection by dragging the left or right handles of the selection.
- ToCut,Copy,Replace, or format text, or toDefineyour selection, select the text and tap the appropriate item in the toolbar item after selecting the text that you want to edit.
- ToPastea cut or copied selection, press and hold the location where you want to paste the text in the message body.
- When your message is complete, do one of the following:
- Tap

- TapSave Draft.
- TapCancel>Delete Draft.
