Generate access keys for
BlackBerry Dynamics
 apps

BlackBerry Dynamics
apps require an access key to be activated on a device.
BlackBerry UEM Client
can request access keys automatically from
BlackBerry UEM
after users install an app. You or a user must manually generate access keys and send them to activate
BlackBerry Dynamics
 apps in the following situations:
  • For
    Samsung KNOX Workspace
     devices
  • For
    iOS
     and
    Android
devices that don't need MDM and do not have the
    UEM Client
     installed
  • For users who want to activate
    BlackBerry Dynamics
apps on devices that don't require the
    BlackBerry UEM Client
    .
You can generate access keys when you create a new user, or anytime afterwards. Users do not need to activate their devices in
BlackBerry UEM
to receive access keys. Users do not require an email address for you to generate an access key. Users can also generate access keys in
BlackBerry UEM Self-Service
