When a device switches from a cellular to Wi-Fi network, chats or conferences might be interrupted and a white screen is displayed. |
Status not displayed (JI 2906902)
On macOS devices, the user's status is not displayed with their display name. |
Glympse messages are not sent (JI 2905840)
On Android devices, when a user sends a Glympse update and then closes BBM Enterprise , the update is not sent until they open the app again. |
Voice call notifications during a conference (JI 2905819)
On Windows devices, when a user is in a conference, they may receive audio prompts for a voice call when there is no incoming call indicated. |
BlackBerry ID account management (JI 2905562)
On iOS devices, BBM Enterprise users that have a BlackBerry ID cannot access the account management screens. |
App sharing in conference (JI 2905302)
On Windows devices, if a user is sharing an app in a conference and connects their computer to a docking station that is connected to another monitor, the screen share stops. |
Voice and video calls (JI 2905088)
Some voice and video calls fail to start. |

On macOS devices, BBM Enterprise might close unexpectedly when a user tries to open their user profile. |
Shared screen flashes (JI 2904669)
On Windows devices, when a user shares their screen in a conference, the shared screen might flash rapidly. Workaround : Turn screen share off and on again. |
BBM Enterprise for personal use subscriptions (JI 2903841)
On Android devices, when a subscriber is prompted to renew their subscription, a message indicating that they can start a free trial is displayed. If the user attempts to set up the free trial, they are charged for their subscription. |
Screen sharing in a conference shows blank screen (JI 2902502)
On Android devices, if a conference participant puts the conference in the background while they are sharing content, other participants see a notification that the user has left and rejoined the conference followed by a blank screen for that user. |

On Microsoft Surface devices in tablet mode, scrolling in chats might be slow, or the device might be unresponsive when the user scrolls.Workaround : Switch to performance mode in the device settings. |
Tapping images in a chat can open multiple image files (JI 2877011)
On Microsoft Surface devices in tablet mode, when a user taps an image file in a chat more than once, multiple copies of the image are opened in the Photos app or the previously viewed image might be opened. The user must tap the back button multiple times to return to the BBM Enterprise app. |

New group chat is not opened on macOS devices (JI 2875045)
On macOS devices, when the a user is in a chat, clicks the + icon, and selects contacts to start a new group chat, the new chat is not opened and the user is returned to the original chat. |
Cannot select audio device in a conference on macOS devices (JI 2873348)
On macOS devices, when a user is in a conference they cannot select another audio device that is displayed in the playback list (for example, a headset) if headphones are already selected. |
Some expired messages are not deleted (JI 2813641)
Some expired messages are not deleted at the end of the expiration period Android devices. The messages are deleted some time after the expiration period ends. This issue is caused by a limitation of the Android OS. |
The timed message box does not resize correctly when a user makes text larger in Windows (JI 2783998) When a user resizes text to make it larger in the Windows 10 settings, the timed message box doesn't resize and the OK and cancel buttons are cut off.Workaround : Use the tab key to navigate between the buttons. |
User is logged out BBM Enterprise after running File Vault (JI 2792651)When a user runs FileVault on their macOS computer, they might be logged out of BBM Enterprise unexpectedly. |
User is disconnected from a conference when a new endpoint is added (JI 2775635) If a user adds a new endpoint to their BBM Enterprise account while they are in a conference on a Windows device, they are disconnected from the conference when the verification code screen appears. |
Minimize and maximize options do not appear in conference window for BBM Enterprise for Linux (JI 2764123)In BBM Enterprise for Linux , the minimize and maximize options are not displayed in the conference window. |
Conference window stops responding in conference with more than five participants (JI 2764119) In BBM Enterprise for Linux , the conference window stops responding when there are more than five participants. Workaround : For conferences with six or more participants, use another type of device (for example, Windows ). |
User cannot select a chat after they click the Share button in a conference (JI 2764051) In BBM Enterprise for Windows or macOS , the option to select a chat is not displayed when a user clicks the share button in a conference. The conference link can only be shared using another app (for example, email). |
Clicking on a quoted message to find the original prevents the chat from scrolling when new messages are added (JI 2769612) On macOS devices, when a user taps a quoted message to the view the original message in a chat with a large number of messages, the chat doesn't scroll to the bottom automatically when a new message is added.Workaround : Tap another chat and return to the chat or scroll to the bottom manually. |
