version 12.12.1 is required.

Export selected Active Directory attributes to the Cloud Directory	You can now specify the user attributes that are exported to the Cloud Directory from Active Directory using a BBM Enterprise profile. For example, you can specify that a user's department or first and last name are not exported.
Use Active Directory user display name in cloud directory	You can now specify whether to use the user display name in Active Directory as the user identifier in the BBM Enterprise cloud directory using a BBM Enterprise profile.
