Installation prerequisites

Install and set up 

NDS

 version 2.9.21 on the computer you plan to install the plug-in on.

Ensure all performance counters are registered.

Stop the 

AtHoc

 delivery service.

Set up an email relay server to relay outbound emails sent from 

OPM

. For more information, see Configuration reference.

Provision an email domain (such as 

alerts.mycorp.com

) for 

OPM

 to use to send and receive emails.

To support inbound email, set up a DNS/MX record to direct incoming SMTP traffic to this 

NDS

 server.
