Add redirection rules

You must have system administrator permissions to configure redirection rules.

BlackBerry AtHoc

management console as an administrator.

Change to the

System Setup (3)

organization.

In the navigation bar, click Settings icon

In the

System Setup

section, click

System Settings

On the

System Settings

page, click

Edit

In the

Redirection Settings

section, click

Redirection Rules

On the

Redirector Rules

screen, click

Add New Rule

On the

Add new redirect rule

dialog, in the

VPS

list, select an organization.

In the

Attribute Name

list, select one of the following values:

Machine IP

Machine Name

OS Domain Name

, or

OS User Name

In the

Operator

list, select one of the following options:

contains

starts with

, or

does not contain

Only one rule with the

does not contain

option is allowed per organization. You can use multiple comma-separated criteria in a single record.

In the

Criterion

field, add a valid criterion based on the selection you made in the Attribute Name list.

In the

Redirect To URL

field, enter a valid URL for redirection.

In the

Redirect To VPS ID

field, enter an organization ID.

Optionally, select the

Skip Url Reachable test

check box, if you are sure that you have entered a valid redirection URL.

Click

The new redirection rule is added to the Redirection Rules screen.
