New in this release

Dropbox support
: Users can now connect to a Dropbox account from their BlackBerry Workspaces for iOS app which allows them to protect and share files easily.
Added line annotation tool: 
Users can now use lines to annotate documents from the Workspaces viewer.
Individual connector workspace owner
: Users who have been granted this role can set up transient workspace connections to an individual external repository. This connection type provides more control over who is sharing data outside an organization.
iOS 10 support
: BlackBerry Workspaces for iOS does not support iOS 10.
iManage improvements
: The following improvements were made to the iManage feature:
  • iManage repositories can now be accessed and managed through the BlackBerry Workspaces web application.
  • Users can share a file, access files when they are offline, and manage access to files.
  • When a user has a file shared with them, a ‘Shared with me’ folder is created under the workspace name, which contains all the files shared with that user from that workspace.
  • When users disconnect from the an iManage repository, the workspace and permissions are removed.
  • Matters (Mapped workspaces) have an iManage icon to differentiate them from workspaces.
