Enable the
BlackBerry Workspaces
 service for an existing user account in
BlackBerry UEM

  1. On the menu bar, click
    Users
    .
  2. Search for a user account.
  3. In the search results, click the username.
  4. On the
    User summary
     screen, click the
    BlackBerry Workspaces
     icon. To enable the user for the
    BlackBerry Workspaces
     service, the user account must have an associated email address.
  5. In the
    Enable BlackBerry Workspaces
     dialog box, select one or more user roles and click The Right pointing arrow icon.
  6. Click
    Save
    .
