Add tags to files

Tag your files to help filter your files when searching. Tag options are defined by the organization administrator and can be assigned to any file in a workspace by the file owner. 
  1. In the content area, select the desired file.
  2. Access the file's 
    File info
     tab in the management pane.
  3. Next to 
    Tags
    , click 
    Add
    .
  4. Select a tag type from the 
    Category
     drop-down list. 
  5. In the tag box, name the tag. 
  6. Click 
    Add
     to add the tag to the selected files.
