version 10.1 or later, has a work space, and is running BlackBerry 10 OS
version 10.2.1 or later.- To switch to your work space, swipe down from the top of the screen. TapSwitch to Work.
- If theBlackBerry Enterprise IMapp is a required app for your organization, it is installed for you.
- If theBlackBerry Enterprise IMapp is an optional app, you must download and install it. In theBlackBerry Worldfor Work storefront, on theCompany Appsscreen orPublic Appsscreen, tapEnterprise IM.
- In your work space, tapEnterprise IM.
- If necessary, enter your sign-in information. If you don't have the required information, contact your administrator. Complete one of the following tasks:
- In aMicrosoft Lync2010,Microsoft Lync2013, orSkype for Businessenvironment, complete the following fields:
- Sign-in address: Type the sign-in address that yourMicrosoft Lyncadministrator assigns you. You can find your sign-in address on the Sign-in screen of your instant messging client on your computer.
- User name: Optionally, type yourWindowslogin ID in the following format:domain\user name. You can determine the user name from the Sign-in address.
- Password: Type the password that you use to access the network in your organization.
- In anIBM Sametimeenvironment, complete the following fields:
- User Name: Type the log in information that you use to access yourSametimedesktop client.
- Password: Type the password that you use to access the network in your organization.
