Fixed issues

  • After upgrading, 
    BlackBerry Access

  • After upgrading to 
    BlackBerry Access
     version 2.11.2.1224, the 
    BlackBerry Access
     app stops responding for some users when an unlock key is used to unlock the app container. If the affected users remote lock their apps in the future, they might see the app stop responding repetitively. Users will be remote locked in the following scenarios:
    • IT administrator remote locks the 
      BlackBerry Access
       app using 
      BlackBerry UEM
       or the 
      Good Control
       console.
    • Users tap the “Forgot password” option on the password screen.
    Workaround
    : Reinstall and activate the latest 
    BlackBerry Access
     app.
