Change your app settings

  1. Access your app settings from the 
    BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher
     by tapping The Settings icon.
  2. Complete any of the following tasks:
    Task
    Steps
    Update settings in your work email account.
    Under 
    General
    , tap 
    Account
    .
    Change the synchronization frequency.
    1. Tap 
      Synchronization > Sync Frequency
      .
    2. Select a synchronization frequency.
    3. Optionally, you can turn on 
      Enable Persistent Sync Service
      .
    Change password.
    Tap 
    Change application password
    .
    Optionally, you can enable the biometric option, if allowed by your administrator.
