A new 
Enable widgets for BlackBerry Work app
 app configuration setting has been added to specify whether the 
BlackBerry Work for Android
 email or calendar widgets can be used on supported devices. 
Users can now move email messages from the Flagged, Unread, High Priority, and VIP folders to any other folder except the inbox folder.
Users can now select whether to automatically download attachments in email messages. When the 
Auto download attachments
 option is set to On in 
BlackBerry Work
, attachments are automatically downloaded in all synchronized email messages. Users can also turn on the 
Cellular auto download
 option to allow downloads when their devices are connected to a cellular network.
 Multi-level email classification is supported.
You can now use the 
Enable Android keyboard restricted mode
 option in a 
BlackBerry Dynamics
 profile to force custom keyboards to use incognito mode. See the BlackBerry UEM documentation for more information about this feature.
Users can now select the 
No Sync Limit 
option when selecting how many email messages they want to synchronize to BlackBerry Work from their mail server. Note: The user can only choose this option if the 
Email Sync Window 
app setting in 
BlackBerry UEM
or 
Good Control
 is also set to 
No limit
.
You can now create URLs or QR codes that direct users to a new or updated app in the 
BlackBerry UEM
 app catalog.
BlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server
 2.12 now supports allowing users to protect 
Microsoft Office
 files with 
Microsoft Azure
-IP RMS (Rights Management System) or AD-RMS in 
BlackBerry Work
.
