Install 
BlackBerry UEM

If you are upgrading from 
BlackBerry UEM
 version 12.8.1 to version 12.10.1, all servers including the disaster recovery servers must be upgraded, otherwise device activations will not complete. For more information, visit support.blackberry.com/community to read KB article 56965.
  1. At the primary site, install 
    UEM Core
     and the 
    BlackBerry Connectivity Node
     on separate servers, including 
    BlackBerry Proxy
    .
  2. At the secondary site, install 
    UEM Core
     and the 
    BlackBerry Connectivity Node
     on separate servers, including 
    BlackBerry Proxy
    .
