You can change whether an app is required or optional. The actions
that occur when an app is set to required or optional depend on the type of app, the
device, and the activation type.
- On the menu bar, clickUser and Devices.
- If the app that you want to change is assigned to a user account, in the search results, click the name of a user account.
- If the app that you want to change is assigned to a group, in the left pane, clickGroupsto expand the list of user groups and click the name of the group.
- In theGroups assigned and user assigned appssection, click the disposition for the app that you want to change.
- In theDispositiondrop-down list for the app, selectOptionalorRequired.
