Configuration and setup

The default map view is the view a user sees when they open the map.
  1. On the 
    Map Settings
     screen, in the 
    Configuration and Setup
     section, click . An editable map screen opens.
  2. Optionally, click  to select the type of map you want to display by default.
  3. Optionally, click  to display users from distribution lists on the live map. You can select to display up to 10 distribution lists.
  4. Optionally, click  to change the items that are displayed on the map. You can select to view or not view accountability events from suborganizations, live sent alerts, live incoming alerts, shape layers, and organizations.
  5. Optionally, in the 
    Find a place
     field enter an address, and press 
    Enter
     on your keyboard to zoom to that location on the map.
    The location on the map you zoom to will be the default map location displayed in the Recently Received Alerts section on the 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system home page, on the live map, and on the publisher map.
  6. Click  to refresh the map and review your changes.
  7. Click 
    Apply
    . You are returned to the Map Settings screen.
  8. Click 
    Save
    .
