Download audio files

In the navigation bar, click 

Alerts

.

Click 

Audio Files

.

Select the check box beside the audio file you want to download.

Click 

More Actions

 at the top of the screen.

Select 

Download

 from the drop-down list.

On the pop-up screen that appears, choose whether you want to open the selected file immediately or save it to your computer.
