BlackBerry AtHoc log files

BlackBerry AtHoc provides a log file for you to use when monitoring system health and troubleshooting errors.
BlackBerry AtHocevent log
: BBM Enterprise Alerts logs all errors and event information in the BlackBerry AtHoc event log. Use the BlackBerry AtHoc Event Log Viewer to monitor the error messages.
