Publishing CAP alerts

BlackBerry AtHoc
 can communicate with Federal systems through Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS). IPAWS is a two way communication system that includes inbound and outbound. In the inbound communication systems, alerts are sent from federal systems to 
BlackBerry AtHoc
. The IPAWS server has an event, which is copied to the 
BlackBerry AtHoc
 database with Poller and Processing alert with 
BlackBerry AtHoc
 devices. In outbound communication systems alerts are sent from 
BlackBerry AtHoc
 to Federal systems.
