Possible conflicts

Certificate already in use: This error occurs when binding already exists for this port. Remove the certificate using the following command: 

netsh http delete sslcert ipport=0.0.0.0:<Port>

Failed to bind certificate chain to port: If this error occurs, you need to run the set up as an administrator.
