* When a user opens a large file in the online viewer, adds comments and annotations to the file, and closes the viewer, if the user opens the file in the online viewer again, the browser might stop responding. (JI 2651033) |
* Documents uploaded when BYOK is configured and shared through DocuSign integration will still be available to the recipient in DocuSign , after revoking the BYOK. (JI 2642394) |
* If a user has uploaded and annotated a file before configuring BYOK, the annotation symbol will still appear even after uploading a newer document version that has not been annotated, if BYOK is revoked. (JI 2639871) |
* If you revoke the encryption key that you use for the bring your own key feature, when you try to open documents in DocuSign an error message displays. (JI 2639589) |
* Revoking BYOK will not impact documents uploaded before configuring BYOK when your organization was created using a BlackBerry Workspaces server version earlier than 5.3. (JI 2638131) |
* Revoking BYOK could cause Microsoft
Office 97-2003 and text files uploaded when BYOK was active to display incorrectly. (JI 2633722) |
* If your search string includes numbers and letters that are in the middle of the file name, no results are returned. For example, if the file name is "123abc", and you search for" 23ab", no results are returned. (JI 2617690) |
* If a user shares a workspace, folder or file with an email domain, it displays in user's search results only after accessing the workspace. (JI 2591077) |
When accessing BlackBerry Workspaces from the BlackBerry Work app, the error message “Could not determine which service you want to access. Please start from your service homepage” displays instead of a prompt for credentials. (JI 2621011)Workaround : Force close BlackBerry Work and restart it. |
If a workspace or folder contains more than 100 files, a user cannot mark all of the files as favorites (JI 2603475) |
If a user makes a comment in a file and mentions a user that does not have permissions on the file, when the administrator opens the notification, the location does not display in the notification. All that displays are the document name and the Approve and Deny options. (JI 2589524) |
You cannot drag and drop a folder that has more than 260 characters in its name. (JI 2581838) |
In the welcome email, if a user is a BlackBerry
Dynamics user, the links do not direct the user to the BlackBerry Workspaces for BlackBerry
Dynamics app download page but instead direct the user to the non-BlackBerry
Dynamics app. (JI 2581022) |
If you are performing a ransomware recovery on a user that has workspaces that belonged to a different user (because the other user has been deleted), those workspaces will not be included in the ransomware recovery. (JI 2577107) |
The Workspaces server does not send a password protected .pdf file to DocuSign . (JI 2574625) |
A watermark does not display on password-protected .pdf files. (JI 2565074) |
A scroll bar displays on the notifications list even when it's not needed. (JI 2565063) |
When a user requests an extension of their permissions on a file, the workspace administrator receives a View permissions notification. When approving the request, the new default permissions are granted, instead of the original permissions of the file. (JI 2552299) |
Documentation known issue
* When you try to access pages in the documentation website docs.blackberry.com, you might receive page not found errors intermittently.
Workaround : Clear you browser cache and try again, or use a browser in incognito mode. |
