Add a contact to the 
BlackBerry Enterprise IM
 for 
Cisco
 app

You can search for contacts within your company directory who you don't have as contacts on your 
BlackBerry 10
 device. If you add a contact using the 
BlackBerry Enterprise IM
 for 
Cisco
 app, this contact is also added to your instant messenger client on your computer.
  1. Tap The Search icon.
  2. Type a name or email address in the search field.
  3. Tap 
    Search Remote Server
    .
  4. Touch and hold a contact's name.
  5. Do one of the following: 
    • Tap a contact's name to start a chat.
    • Tap The Send email icon to send an email without adding the contact to your contact list.
    • Tap The Add Contact icon to add the contact to a group on your device. Select the group you want to add the contact to and tap 
      Done
      .
