device is activated on BlackBerry UEM
version 12.6 or BES12
version 12.2 or later and running BlackBerry 10 OS
version 10.3.2 or later.- To switch to your work space, swipe down from the top of the screen. TapSwitch to Work.
- If theBlackBerry Enterprise IMforCiscoapp is a required app for your organization, it is installed for you.
- If theBlackBerry Enterprise IMforCiscoapp is an optional app, you must download and install it. In theBlackBerry Worldfor Work storefront, on theCompany Appsscreen orPublic Appsscreen, tapEnterprise IM for Cisco.
- In your work space, tapEnterprise IM for Cisco.
- Enter your sign-in information. If you don't have the required information, contact your administrator. Complete the following tasks:
- Username:Type the sign-in address that yourCisco Unified Presenceadministrator assigns you.
- Password:Type the password that you use to access the network in your organization.
- Server address:Type the address of theCisco Unified Presenceserver.
