Are apps in Good Control synchronized to BlackBerry UEM during the upgrade?	BlackBerry Dynamics apps that are entitled to your organization are automatically added to BlackBerry UEM when you perform the synchronization between Good Control and BlackBerry UEM . However, for custom BlackBerry Dynamics apps, the entitlements are synchronized but you must re-upload the source files to BlackBerry UEM . Non BlackBerry Dynamics apps are not synchronized and must be added to BlackBerry UEM . For more information on managing apps in BlackBerry UEM , see Apps.
When you upgrade from Good Control to BlackBerry UEM , can the work app catalog be accessed directly from the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher ?	In BlackBerry UEM , you can configure the work app catalog so it can be accessed directly from the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher . For more information, see Add the work app catalog to the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher.
Will the work app catalog automatically replace the Good AppStore if the work app catalog is configured to be accessed from the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher ?	If the Good AppStore is configured for access from the Good Launcher before you upgrade to BlackBerry UEM , this configuration will persist after you upgrade, and no changes to the Good AppStore configuration occur when you upgrade to BlackBerry UEM . Both the work app catalog and Good AppStore can be configured to be available in the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher independently. You can also manually remove the Good AppStore from the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher after you upgrade. For more information, see Add the work app catalog to the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher.
What app should be used as the primary authentication delegate when managing BlackBerry Dynamics using BlackBerry UEM ?	BlackBerry recommends that you configure the most commonly used app to be the primary authentication delegate. For many customers, this is the BlackBerry Work app. For more information, see Create a BlackBerry Dynamics profile.
Can the work app catalog be published to users outside my organization?	Yes. You can add local users to BlackBerry UEM that are not added to a company directory. These users can then activate with BlackBerry UEM (for example, in User Privacy mode) and gain access to the work app catalog. For more information, see Create a user account.
Can I manage BlackBerry Dynamics apps on Samsung KNOX and Android devices that use a work profile?	Yes. You can manage BlackBerry Dynamics apps on Samsung KNOX and Android devices that use a work profile in the same way that you would manage other work apps on these devices. For more information on managing apps in BlackBerry UEM , see Apps.
Is BlackBerry Dynamics app entitlement at the version level in BlackBerry UEM like it was in Good Control ?	No. After the synchronization is complete, if any app version was entitled to a user, regardless if one version was denied, then the app is entitled at the app level in BlackBerry UEM .
