BlackBerry UEM
cannot obtain an Exchange ActiveSync
ID from a device, it is not added to the allowed list for Microsoft
Exchange
. You can manually add these devices to the allowed list from
the Restricted Exchange ActiveSync
devices list. For example, if an Android
device is activated using the MDM activation type, BlackBerry UEM
is not able to obtain an Exchange ActiveSync
ID and you must manually whitelist the device in the
Restricted Exchange ActiveSync
