Restart the CapCon service

  1. Navigate to IIM system.
  2. Go to
    Start
     >
    Run
     >
    Services
    .
  3. Launch an instance of the Services Manager application. There should be a quick-launch icon in the taskbar of the desktop.
  4. Scroll down to the IIM CapCon Service.
  5. Right-click on the
    CapCon Services
     row and select either
    Restart
     or
    Stop
     and then start the CapCon Service.
