Create and publish alerts

Alerts are communications sent to your organization, to mobile users, or to outside organizations. A 

BlackBerry AtHoc

 operator creates alerts and targets users, distribution lists, mobile users, and organizations and publish alerts from the Alerts menu.

Incoming alerts are alerts received from mobile users or outside organizations.

Before you begin you must have at least one of the following roles to publish an alert from the mobile app:
