Enable the Mobile App device on the BlackBerry Athoc application server
Log in to the BlackBerry AtHoc management console and check the Delivery Gateways section to verify that the Mobile device has been installed. If the device is installed, skip this section.
- Log in to the BlackBerry AtHoc application server as an administrator.
- Navigate to the following folder<IWSAlerts Install Path>\ServerObjects\Toolsand run theAtHoc.Applications.Tools.InstallPackage.exefile.
- On theConfigure Device Supportscreen, selectMobile App.
- ClickEnable.
- On theInstallation Completepop-up window, clickOK.
- ClickClose.
