You can allow users with

devices to create their own activation passwords using BlackBerry UEM Self-Service
.- On the menu bar, clickSettings > Self-Service > Self-Service settings.
- SelectAllow users to activate devices in the self-service consoleand complete the following tasks:
- Specify the number of minutes, hours, or days that a user can activate a device before the activation password expires.
- Specify the minimum number of characters required in an activation password.
- In theMinimum password complexitydrop-down list, select the level of complexity required for activation passwords.
- To automatically send an activation email to users when they create an activation password, select theSend activation emailcheck box and select an email template from theActivation email templatedrop-down list.
- To send custom activation messages to users, select theSend custom activation messagescheck box. Select a message template for each device type from the appropriate drop-down list.
- To send login notification emails to users each time they log in toBlackBerry UEM Self-Service, select theSend self-service login notificationcheck box.
- ClickSave.
