You can manage 
BBM Enterprise
 users and policies for 
Android
, 
iOS
, 
Windows
, and 
macOS
 devices from the 
BlackBerry UEM
 or 
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
 management console.
To manage 
BBM Enterprise
 on 
BlackBerry 10
 devices, you must continue to use the 
BlackBerry Enterprise Identity
 console. If a user has at least one 
BlackBerry 10
, even if their other devices are not, you should continue managing that user from the 
BlackBerry Enterprise Identity
 console.
