Deactivate 
BBM Enterprise

You can deactivate 
BBM Enterprise
 for a user’s device in the User summary. 
  1. Click 
    Deactivate
    .
    The user remains 
    BBM Enterprise
    -enabled, but the device is removed (can take up to six hours). 
    You can deactivate 
    BBM Enterprise
     on all the user’s devices at once by removing the assigned profile at the user level (this action has immediate effect).
