Add a chat shortcut to your home screen
On devices running
Android
8.0 and later, you can add a shortcut that opens a one-to-one or group chat to your home screen. When you tap the shortcut, the chat in BBM Enterprise
is opened directly.Verify that your device is running 8.0 or later.
- On a contact's profile screen, tapAdd to home screen.
- In theAdd to Home screen?pop-up, do one of the following:
- Touch and hold the icon and drag it to the home screen.
- TapAdd.
After you add the shortcut, you can move or delete it on the home screen. If you delete the chat, the shortcut is removed.
