. You can sign in with only one BlackBerry ID
. If you want to sign in with a different BlackBerry ID
, you can reinstall BBM Enterprise

- Do any of the following:
- To change the email address that you use as yourBlackBerry ID, tapEdit Account Information.
- To change your password, tapChange Password.
- To change your password recovery question and answer, tapChange Recovery Question
If you change your email address, you receive a confirmation email message to confirm your newBlackBerry ID. To make it easier to reset your password, you should confirm yourBlackBerry ID.
When changing your email address, you can't use an email address that's already used for another
BlackBerry ID
.
