How do I know which chats are protected?
All chats with other
BBM Enterprise
or BBM Protected
users are protected with an extra layer of encryption and security. Additionally, your administrator can turn on the Protected Plus feature, so all your chats are protected, even if you're chatting with a contact that's using BBM
.If a chat is protected,

appears in the message field at the bottom of the screen before you start typing a message, and text you type appears in blue before you send it.To check if your administrator turned on the Protected Plus feature, tap
