Enable 
BlackBerry Protect
 in your 
UEM
 domain

Contact your 
BlackBerry
 representative to purchase 
BlackBerry Protect
 licenses. After 
BlackBerry
 adds the licenses for your organization, complete the steps below.
  1. In the management console, on the menu bar, click 
    Settings > Services
    .
  2. Locate the 
    BlackBerry Protect
     service in the table and click 
    Enable
    .
  3. When you are prompted, click 
    Enable
    .
  • Log out of the management console and log in again with the same administrator account.
  • If you disable the service, devices are no longer protected with 
    BlackBerry Protect
    . After you disable the service, all 
    BlackBerry Protect
     profiles and settings are removed from the management console.
  • If you want to send 
    UEM
     events, including events related to 
    BlackBerry Protect
     functionality, to your organization's Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution, see Send system events to a Security Information and Event Management solution in the 
    UEM
     administration content.
