Open and view a contact
You can view information for your contacts in one of the following ways:
- Open Contacts from theBlackBerry Dynamics Launcher.
- Open contact information for a calendar event.
- Open contact information from an email.
- To open a contact's record from an email, open an email received from the contact.
- Tap the contact's name at the top of the opened message.
- View all the information for this contact that is currently on file.
- To review your email correspondence with this contact, tapHistory. Tap a message to open it.
- To see the position of this contact in the team or organization, tapTeam.
- To open contact information for another recipient of the email, tap the recipient's name.
