- In theAccountssection, tapShared Mailboxes.
- Tap

- In theMail Account Informationfield, type the email address of the owner of the shared mailbox that you want to add.
- WhenBlackBerry Worklocates the account in the GAL, tap the account to add it.
- TapDone.
You can also add a shared mailbox from the navigation drawer. From your Inbox or other mailbox, tap

and then tap Add account.
