Setting up work email for devices

You can use any of the following options to allow users to read and send work email on devices:

  • You can use IMAP/POP3 email profiles to specify how 
    iOS
    macOS
    Android

    Windows
     devices connect to IMAP or POP3 mail servers and synchronize email messages. Devices activated to use 
    Knox
     MDM do not support IMAP or POP3.
  • You can use email profiles to specify how devices connect to your organization's mail server and synchronize email messages, calendar entries, and organizer data using 
    Exchange ActiveSync
     or 
    IBM Notes Traveler
