Block a device from accessing 
Microsoft ActiveSync

You can manually block a previously allowed device from accessing 
Microsoft ActiveSync
. Blocking a device prevents a user from retrieving email messages and other information from the 
Microsoft Exchange Server
 on the device.
  1. On the menu bar, click 
    Users
    .
  2. Click 
    Exchange gatekeeping
    .
  3. Search for a device.
  4. In the 
    Action
     column, click The Block icon
