Create a mass device endpoint key

  1. Log in to the BlackBerry AtHoc management system as an administrator.
  2. In the navigation bar, click The Settings icon.
  3. In the 
    Devices
     section, click 
    Mass Device Endpoints
    .
  4. Click 
    New
     and select 
    LRAD Giant Voice
    .
  5. In the 
    General
     section, enter a name in the 
    Endpoint Name
     field.
  6. In the 
    Configuration
     section, select 
    Key
     for 
    LRAD Type 
    . The Address field auto populates "K".
  7. Copy the 
    Key XML configuration
     into the 
    LRAD Key
     field.
  8. Click 
    Save
    .
  9. Verify 
    Key ID, name
     and 
    description
     are updated according to the scripts on the LRAD device.
If the Key ID in the XML is not mapped to a script on the LRAD device, there might be an error.
