Restart the CapCon service
- Navigate to your IIM system.
- Go toStart>Run>Services.
- Launch an instance of theServices Managerapplication. There should be a quick-launch icon in the taskbar of the desktop.
- Scroll down to theIIM CapCon Service.
- Right-click on theCapCon Servicesrow and select eitherrestartorstopand then start the CapCon Service.
