Configure 
BlackBerry AtHoc
 settings in UEM

Before you begin sending messages using 
UEM Notifications
, you must configure 
BlackBerry AtHoc
 settings in the UEM console.
  1. Log in to the UEM console as an administrator.
  2. On the left panel select 
    Settings
     > 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    .
  3. On the 
    BlackBerry AtHoc connection settings
     page, enter the 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     system URL in the format: 
    https://<athocserver.domain.com>
    .
  4. Enter the 7-digit organization ID provided by your 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     support representative.
  5. Enter the username of the SDK user that you created in Create the SDK user.
  6. Enter a password.
  7. Click 
    Test connection
     to verify your settings.
  8. Enter the Alert Template common name provided by 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     during system provisioning. The default alert template for a UEM-enabled organization in 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     is "UEM_DEFAULT_MESSAGE." If the default alert template does not exist, create an alert template.
  9. Click 
    Verify
     to validate the alert template.
  10. Enter the client ID, client secret, and organization code that you copied in Copy the organization code and Generate the client ID and client secret. These fields are required to enable UEM user sync.
  11. Click 
    Verify
     to validate the client ID, client secret, and organization code.
  12. Click 
    Save
    .
